BreakfastHere’s my breakfast! :) It’s the first one that isn’t a bagel; since I have to eat gluten free now, I haven’t found a satisfactory GF bagel. BUT, I had GF Tapioca toast with EarthBalance (it’s healthy, vegan margarine) and raspberry jam (my fave!). And of course, my tea. I’m awful at food photography, but if you want to enlarge it, just click. :) I know it seems crazy I already finished a book, but if you saw my vlog, you saw it was tiny. And it was weird and gothic and included a dead baby and while I’m not sure what was going on, I loved the way Leigh wrote! So, a marvelous way to begin the read-a-thon. :D

Oh, and for Hannah’s Twitter Trending minichallenge, we’ve already got the #readathon trending!!! Here’s the screenshot of my contribution (click to make larger):

Wow! You read 121 pages this first hour! I can’t quite grasp that. I thought I was the best reader in the world. ;->

Holy crap, Eva, you are a machine! Wow!!! Nice job! You go girl, and THANK YOU SO MUCH for being the first person to stop by my blog for the read-a-thon!

I can never photograph food either. I always have these big aspirations, and it just looks like… food. Yours does look tasty, though! I wish I had some bread on hand.

    Good luck, Eva!!

I read the book early this year and it was strange. I need to eat, your food shot has my stomach growling.

Mmmm, raspberry jam. I love raspberries! Glad you enjoyed your first book. I’m approaching the halfway point of my first, and jury’s still out on it.

    Traditional read-a-thon blessing:

May the bookshelf be there to greet you.
    May all the books appeal.
    May the fridge be full of tasty snacks;
the words fall soft upon your eyes and until the read-a-thon ends,
may you always hold a book in the palm of your hand.

    Good luck today!

I have a feeling I’m not going to get much read at all this time :p I really just feel like chatting with everyone, and I keep just stopping by my friends blogs and saying hi :p But I’m going to go read soon!!

Disquiet was creepy! I didn’t want to open my freezer for awhile!

At first I thought that was pizza. For shame, Eva! Pizza for breakfast. Then I enlarged the photo.

    Have fun reading!

One book down already. Yay you!

Disquiet is in my readathon pile too. Perhaps I’ll have to move it closer to the top. Then again, it’s getting dark, so maybe it’s not a good idea to read a creepy book. Keep on reading and I’ll see you at the finish line.
